How to be ethical on social media – Dynamic Business (blog)

Social media has exponentially changed the way businesses interact with their customers. It is often hard to know where to draw the line in regards to ethical standards. Oftentimes, businesses or even people who are posting comments to posts are doing so in a way that is unprofessional. Due to the fact that these people are not saying these things face to face gives them more anonymity and more freedom to be rude or annoy their customers. We must find a way to find balance using social media with a more professional presence.
