This article has to do with mental health. It is stating that businesses are only concerned with work place accidents and not about the state of their employees. One such argument is the fact that people that are not mentally OK are more likely to cost the company money, that if in fact, they had dealt with ahead of time, could have saved the company more than they likely would have spent to help the individual.
