Another 62 percent feel optimistic that they could replace their job with something equal or better in about three months. The survey also showed that millennials are hard workers with 25 percent of them putting in over 50 hours a week. Over one quarter of those surveyed understand that it’s a different world now and expect to work into their seventies. Their top priorities are security, pay, and time off.
