What is your NPS score?

Your NPS score is a very quick and simple way to measure the customer satisfaction of your website. It is a number that can be very easy to understand. The main question you want to ask is if your clients would be willing to recommend your business to a family or friend. If you get over 30 respondents, you can have a statistically significant test that can give you greater insight into your client satisfaction.
