As we grow ever closer to a world in which robots and computers perform day-to-day tasks without the assistance of an employee, it’s reasonable to worry about the impact this modernization has on the working class. Rather than fear the technological advances, it would be wise to embrace them and tailor the programs to help you achieve better productivity and work flow. The landscape of the Australian employment system is changing with the advent of these technological advances, but the effects won’t be as insurmountable to human productivity. Thus, rather than fear these changes, one should actively study and engage in pursuing opportunities around the technological aide. We are living in an age where productivity and efficiency can lead to more communication and interaction on local and global scales.
