The best way to maximize productivity is to learn to work with your body clock through out the the day. The time we are most productive is 7 am to 7 pm. There are several cycle active during that time affecting different body functions. The stomach is active from 7-9 am, the spleen, 9-11 am, heart 11-1, small intestines 1-3, bladder, 3-5 kidneys. Learning to work with active periods for each system can throughout the day, and to get adequate rest and activity and outdoor exposure can help one to work more effectively and efficiently.
