However through certain measures one may be able to convince the customer to pay their debt. Acting like the debt is larger than it is, alerting the customer the moment they owe a debt, and using reverse psychology is just three of the ways that a customer may be able to be convinced to pay their debts. However, one should also advise the customer of what the consequences are for not paying the debt. Also, a debt should never be written off and can always be collected upon by continually contacting the customer until they pay their debt just to get the business to leave them alone. A business owner should remain ambitious in collecting a debt, and remain optimistic that they will someday get paid for every debt that they are owed.
