The key steps to creating a uniform dress code

A uniform dress code will clearly show what is accepted and will keep your employees looking sharp. Listen to what your employees think should be acceptable. Establish a plan for who pays for the uniforms. People judge others based on clothing, so make sure the image is appropriate for your company. Give some recommendations on what you would like them to wear. Make sure that everyone understands the dress code and agrees to it. Wherever you publish the code, make sure it is accessible for everyone to reference.
