If you are a small business owner then sometimes you may be looking for an edge in an overly saturated market, but you may be making a mistake if you’re taking a commercial lease. There’s a few problems with this because the landlord may not be obligated to help you, or you may be paying more in the end for a lease than you would otherwise just outright buying the building by yourself and that’s a big risk!
