Stopping the import of doggy dates into your pos software

February 22, 2017 By James L Leave a Comment

The date on the electronic invoices sent by a customers data system is incorrect. The date should be sent in YYYYMMDD form but is instead being sent completely random. The incorrect date is causing POS solutions’ software to reject the invoices and is causing great inconvenience. Calls for support are up 30% from last year due to this issue. There will be a patch rolled out to hopefully resolve this issue.
