Research shows that women who are small business owners have higher stress and lack a work life balance. That raises the question of how do you run your business and still have a life outside of work? Three options are hire a virtual assistant to handle menial day to day tasks. Another option is to notify your clients you are headed to vacation. A third option is to hire a friendly competitor to assist your clients while you are off. With studies showing 60% of small business owners had not taken a break in the last year it is time to bring balance back and take that break!
