Today there are many women in leadership positions in the business world. Women and men are both good leaders, but there are somethings that each gender seem to excel more in. Women are good at pushing forward into the next year than men. Both men and women find it difficult to deal with human resources, because it is such a hard section of business to deal with. Women also show that they are slightly more focused on sales than men. It seems that women show more confidence in the business world than most men would.
