Look to the source of workplace conflict, exploitation and injustice

Departments of occupational health and safety are taking a new look at old themes and focusing on people rather than a system, when facing workplace difficulties. Instead of dealing with the difficulty as a topic or issue, OHS is beginning to work on people’s ideologies as a way to prevent a problem rather than fix a dispute. This echoes mainstream’s new demand that all systems, including political ones, become more people-centric and less business, corporate and political ideology centered ideals.
