Small businesses with less than 25 employess are having a much harder time with their advertising than middle size companies with around 25 to 300 employees. This phenomenon is caused by the fact that the small businesses dont only not have the time, money, and other resources to put into their marketing, but they also do not spend the time or the money to research how their current marketing strategies are working. Small companies, despite saying they are trying to inprove their marketing on average, do not statistically spend more money from year to year in an effort to improve their advertising success. A major investment that small businesses could look into is optomizing their website, making it easier to find for search engines to find it, rather than worrying about increasing the websites appeal.
