Technology available these days has made it possible for small businesses to connect more quickly with customers allowing them to offer personalized content that is of immediate value to customers. Using the ability to communicate in a multitude of ways and combining it with the use of engaging content is allowing business to reach their customers in a way that is tailored to the customers. Due to the fact that most of us rarely are far from our mobile devices this is allowing the message to get to the consumer much more quickly.
