Former café operator faces court

Dr. Nathem Al-Naser is facing litigation for alleged illegal record-keeping and pay slip laws. He was the director for Global Trading and Investment Group Pty Ltd which used to own and operate Cafe on Benjamin in Canberra. There were limited records to prove legal payment of employees. Al-Naser and his former employer both face monetary penalties. The Fair Work Ombudsman is the entity that tried to perform the audit and brought forth legal action. The first court date in on March 20th.
