End of an era as newsagents shuts after 30 years – Bury Times

Mohammed Murir’s , his wife Vieda’s and his first born son Idris’ store closed down after being in business for 30 years. The store closed due to Mr. Murir’s poor health. The store was selling papers, magazines, food and other household products. The store was popular and even a former customer, who now lives in Birmingham traveled up to say good bye. The building will be turned into house with two homes. Mr. Murir’s family wants to say thank you to all their customers.
