All employees could do themselves a world of good if they just step out of their comfort zones and try something to further themselves. Pushing for greatness is something that a lot of people can do and learn a lot from. There are two very relevant questions that need to be asked when an employee requests training. The first one is the relevance of the education and the second has to do with the education being applied at work.
