If you are a boss or own your own business then you are probably wondering sometimes how to keep your workers engaged. Engaged workers work harder, stay longer, take more pride in their work, and are more loyal. In other words, you want engaged workers. If you are wondering how to keep them more engaged then try being friendly and approachable. Also, make sure and tell them during training exactly what is expected of them. Its nice to know what you want. Also, provide a mentor for new employees.
