Online stores are very popular among people. It would not surprise anyone if they were the dominant retailers. Yet they are not, they only make up three percent of Australian revenue. That is next to nothing, while people still favor going to a physical place to shop. They are willing to pay up to fifty percent more for items that they can physically touch with their own two hands. There is much room to grow for the online store business.
