An Australian website devoted to worker safety has reported that the Parliament of this country is considering a revision to its workplace safety legislation. This is a set of four separate sets of laws passed from 1985 to 2013 to govern worker safety. The revision is a bill that is in Parliament, but has not yet been passed. A lawyer for the blog notes the bill addresses administrative revisions, and has gone through a second reading. The next action was to have taken place on April 5th.
