Adding services as an alternative to VIP discounting

Rather than sacrificing profit with VIP discounts to keep customers coming back, a business should consider adding services. Specifically, businesses should consider using a method referred to as “the long tail”: providing new goods or services that the customers want and will keep coming back for.
