Action on insurance for OHS penalties slows down

Safety at Work Blog is an award winning blog. It brings it’s reader up to date on work place health and safety issues. Kevin Jones covers a widely neglected topic about directors and officers liability insurance. This has been largely overlooked due to all the discussion over the new industrial manslaughter laws in Queensland. The Queensland Government has taken action to ban insurance that pays (OHS) penalties forced against the employers. This action has slowed down OHS penalties on insurance.
