The Australian government is looking to host a commission for the finance industry. When we think of occupational health and safety we don’t often consider offices; usually more gritty work spaces come to mind. But any corporation’s workers, whatever their corporate culture, can be at risk for workplace injuries. The Royal Commission into Misconduct in the Banking, Superannuation and Financial Services Industry hopes to address workplace safety in the office by examining corporate culture. First as an initial baseline, then again in the future to note and evaluate changes.
