Do not be so quick to assume that a mom is a bad business leader because of issues with the kids. The truth is, such a thought process could cause you to miss out on a perfect employee. Moms make great business leaders, they’re strong and effective, have wonderful communication skills, and have a plethora of additional phenomenal qualities that make them more than suitable to fill this position at a company of any size.
