Consumers instant needs coined “micro-moments” are driving more business. Three new consumer behaviours are the “well-advised” consumer who researches the everyday needs to the vitally important ones, the “right here” consumer who needs answers to locale searches and information and the “right now” consumers who procrastinate until the last minute for information. Consumers have always had the power in marketing. They make the decisions. We must observe consumers’ experiences and expectations and the technology they use to fulfill their desires in the future to market to them.
