Procrastination can kill you work ethic and with it ruin all hope you’ve had at getting things done, but getting enough water, sleeping right, and eating less sugary sweets can all help you get into that groove to start working again with ease! It also helps to not go on things like Facebook or Twitter while you’re trying to get you work done, and all multitasking altogether is probably not helping you much; focusing on a single task is the way to go!
