Most Customers can sense when a business or employee are not being genuine. Customers want to feel like they can trust people who they give their money to. Being able to feel as though the business is genuine, will bring customers back again and again. Making sure that everyone in the business is genuine and has the same values, helps to keep the business authentic. Having a business that is genuine and stresses positive values, not only will increase and maintain customers but also increase trust from employees.
