Business owners need to manage their time well. They should also value the limited amount of time that they have. This means not doing tasks that would be best delegated to others. A cleanly place of employment is enjoyable, but should be hired out. Putting away files and doing the work of an administrative assistant is not what an owner should do to be successful. Hiring an employee to do these tasks is paramount. Likewise, spending time doing data entry is also something best contracted out.
