Doing just enough is basically the devil. If you only do what is needed or just enough to get by someone, lurking in the background, will be there to upstage you. Someone is always there to take your position. You may have the best skills for the job but if you do not apply them you will not last long. It is better to have quality work than quantity. If you have two glasses of water but one has a flower in it i will choose the one with the flower. They both have the same water and the flower is not edible but it looks better. Getting the job done, and right, is great but extra effort is always noticed.
Key Takeaways:

“When you do an average job, the Devil shows up and most of the time you don’t even know.”
