Workplace audits indicate room for improvement for small businesses

In a sampling of workplace audits of 16 dine-in or take out restaurants found that 10 of the 16 were not in compliance with workplace regulations which shows that many improvements could be made for small business like this. The leader of these audits Michael Campbell says that many of the mistakes that are made to make things not in compliance seem to be inadvertent. Campbell says the goal of the audits is not to punish but rather to educated the employers and improve overall workplace standards.
