There are jobs where we feel we do not fit in. Before giving up, it is important to give it your all and really make sure you are performing to your potential. It’s a good idea to ask yourself every morning what you need to get done. This leads to prioritization and streamlining of your day. Don’t be afraid to manipulate your coworkers, but in a good way. If they think you are outshining them, show them that they are doing a good job too and they will step up their game.
