This article describes the solution to accidentally ordering things in a POS system. In this article, it talks about how to mark items as “not wanted”. You can solve this problem simply by going onto your POS software and mark it as “do not receive”. So if the order is accidentally ordered, it is already in the system that it is “not wanted”.
