Top Practices for Prioritizing Project Work for Your Team

Scheduling project tasks goes a long way in prioritizing to better work around change but it’s only the first half of the workload. Time estimates are also necessary when planning out a project. Assigning deadlines for tasks and keeping the schedule visible to the team can help maintain an eye on the goal attitude. With the right prioritization, employees will manage their own parts of the project better, too.
