Rapid expansion seems like the dream of the small business owner. While it’s wonderful if it does happen, it can also come with unexpected problems that could derail your success. Consider finances and be prepared to handle expansion. Try to avoid sudden changes, a temptation as the business grows but one that can cause you to lose focus. Taking time to grow is okay since it will build a strong foundation and it’s always important to have a plan and stick to it.
