Incorporating diversity and inclusion in small business

Diversity and inclusion are an important step in proofing a great workplace culture. Varying sex orientation, gender, nationality, disability, and age can be challenging but can serve to heighten the mix of innovative ideas and creativity. Diversity and inclusion is not only morally right but having it in your organization can make considerable business gains. Organizations in the top 25 percent for racial and ethnic diversity are more likely to have financial returns above their industry medians. Happy employees makes happier customers which constitutes a better business outcome.
